Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. NovaHal Health is a cash-pay-only practice. We do not bill insurance directly, allowing us to provide individualized, confidential care without network restrictions. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Upon request, we can provide a superbill (detailed receipt) for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary by plan, so please contact your insurance company directly for details. Cancellation Policy We value your time and strive to offer each client dedicated, uninterrupted care. Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $25 late cancellation fee, unless due to an emergency. No-shows (missed appointments without prior notice) will be charged a $25 fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future scheduling or discontinuation of services.
