ADHD Testing with QbCheck® (In-Person)
Objective ADHD Testing in a Clinical Setting
Service Description
At Novahal Health, we use QbCheck® by Qbtech, an FDA-cleared ADHD assessment tool that objectively measures attention, impulsivity, and activity. This in-office assessment includes a 15-20 minute computer-based task and is used alongside a clinical interview and rating scales to help provide a more complete understanding of ADHD symptoms. Available for patients ages 6-60, QbCheck testing supports diagnostic evaluations and treatment monitoring. In-Person Appointment Information Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment. Bring a valid photo ID and any requested paperwork. The assessment is completed on-site using clinic equipment. Testing typically takes 15-20 minutes. Your provider will review the results as part of your comprehensive ADHD evaluation. Additional follow-up appointments may be recommended based on your results.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. NovaHal Health is a cash-pay-only practice. We do not bill insurance directly, allowing us to provide individualized, confidential care without network restrictions. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Upon request, we can provide a superbill (detailed receipt) for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary by plan, so please contact your insurance company directly for details. Cancellation Policy We value your time and strive to offer each client dedicated, uninterrupted care. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $75 late cancellation fee. No-shows (missed appointments without prior notice) will be charged the full session fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future scheduling or discontinuation of services.
