Cancellation Policy
NovaHal Health is a cash-pay-only practice. We do not bill insurance directly, allowing us to deliver personalized, confidential care without restrictions imposed by insurance networks. Payment is due at the time of service. Fees may vary depending on the appointment type, service provided, and whether care is delivered virtually or in person. A $25 deposit is required at booking to reserve your appointment. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), direct bank transfers, and checks. Credit card payments may be subject to a processing fee. Direct bank transfer and check payments are not subject to a processing fee. Any applicable processing fee will be disclosed before payment is completed. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $75 cancellation fee may apply. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be charged the full session fee.
