Service Description

Follow-up care, treatment plan, optimal health outcomes, virtual healthcare, personalized care. A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.


Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. NovaHal Health is a cash-pay-only practice. We do not bill insurance directly, allowing us to provide individualized, confidential care without network restrictions. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Upon request, we can provide a superbill (detailed receipt) for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary by plan, so please contact your insurance company directly for details. Cancellation Policy We value your time and strive to offer each client dedicated, uninterrupted care. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $75 late cancellation fee. No-shows (missed appointments without prior notice) will be charged the full session fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future scheduling or discontinuation of services.
