Cancellation Policy

NovaHal Health is a cash-pay-only practice. We do not bill insurance directly, allowing us to deliver personalized, confidential care without restrictions imposed by insurance networks. ​ Payment is due at the time of service. ​ Fees may vary depending on the appointment type, service provided, and whether care is delivered virtually or in person. A $25 deposit is required at booking to reserve your appointment. ​ We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), direct bank transfers, and checks. ​ Credit card payments may be subject to a processing fee. Direct bank transfer and check payments are not subject to a processing fee. Any applicable processing fee will be disclosed before payment is completed. ​ If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $75 cancellation fee may apply. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be charged the full session fee.
